The 2026 Black Maternal Health WALK & COMMUNITY FAIR returns on Saturday, April 11, 2026, during Black Maternal Health Week (#BMHW26).

Each year, we gather Black mamas, families, birth workers, advocates, and community members for a joyful, community-centered day rooted in connection, care, and collective action.

The day begins with a morning walk and continues with family-friendly activities, food, live entertainment, community resources, health screenings, and local vendors. Grounded in this year’s theme, Rooted in Justice and Joy, the event centers healing, resilience, and the power of community in advancing maternal health equity.

This event is FREE and open to ALL. Whether you are walking in honor of a loved one or showing up in support of Black Mamas, this space is for you.
