Pregnancy-related and neonatal diseases and deaths are serious national and New Mexico priorities that require multidisciplinary partnerships and collaborations to make meaningful progress in our communities.

Improving Perinatal Health ECHO is helping to combat these issues in maternal medicine by increasing awareness of best practices in New Mexico and increasing access to obstetric guidance for a diverse maternal and child health provider community. Our program brings local and national content experts together, using the ECHO Model, to conduct multidisciplinary case discussions and share real examples, providing education and support for those working to improve perinatal outcomes in their local communities.
